Updates

Two different kinds of update, kept apart

Announcements from the agent are one thing. When we last read a page is another. Mixing them makes a guide look busier than it is, so they are separated here.

Nothing on this page is dated to make it look recent. Where an announcement is old, it says so.

Announcements from OOTDBUY

Announcements we have read in full and can date from the announcement itself.

Dated from the announcement itself, which is signed August 7th, 2025. We list it because the change is still reflected in the hours published across the site, not because it is recent.

Reproduced so you can see the date on it. We list it because the hours it announced are still the hours published across the site, not because it is recent news.

What we are watching

Two things on this site are more likely to move than the rest. The service fee note on the PayPal page is written as a current figure, which is a fair signal that it is expected to change. And the top-up pages disagree with each other about how quickly a PayPal payment lands, one saying real time and the other allowing up to an hour.

Neither is a problem. Both are the kind of detail that quietly goes out of date on guides that quote a number once and never look again.

OOTDBUY's own Service & Fees notice. The declaration fee it names is 8 CNY, and it states nothing else is charged beyond the three lines above. Official page, read on 2026-09-03. Source.

When this guide last checked each rule

Everything quoted here was read on the date shown. Where a rule moves, this is the column that tells you how stale our reading might be.
